Job Overview

We are seeking motivated, results-driven Real Estate Agents to join the Vistana team. The ideal candidate will assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties while delivering excellent service and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through various channels
• Present and promote Vistana properties to prospective buyers
• Assist clients in property selection based on their needs and budget
• Conduct site visits, property tours, and presentations
• Negotiate deals and close sales transactions
• Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business
• Keep up-to-date with market trends and property listings
• Prepare and process necessary documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred but not required)
• Experience in real estate sales or a related field is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets
• Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus
• Licensed Real Estate Broker/Agent is an advantage (but not required)
