Role Overview
We are looking for Primary Partners who will take the lead in building, expanding, and managing a network of real estate agents who will actively use the Vistana platform for property listings and lead generation.
This role is ideal for leaders, community builders, and entrepreneurs who want to grow a scalable income by managing a network, not just selling properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard real estate agents to the Vistana platform
- Build and grow a strong network of active listing agents
- Guide agents on how to use the platform for posting and managing listings
- Ensure agents are consistently generating and uploading property listings
- Monitor and support agent performance and activity
- Facilitate communication between agents and the Vistana core team
- Help drive lead generation and deal conversions within your network
Qualifications
- Experience in real estate, sales, or network/affiliate marketing
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Ability to build and maintain a team or community
- Familiarity with social media and digital platforms
- Self-driven, organized, and growth-oriented mindset
